  • Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Escrow Global Inc is not responsible for:
    • Any losses resulting from false information provided by users.
    • Failure of either party to fulfill their obligations under a transaction.
    • Delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third parties.
  • Our total liability under any transaction will not exceed the service fee paid.

9. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
    • Users violate these Terms or applicable laws.
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
    • Users engage in conduct that damages our reputation or interferes with our operations.
